This list will change as we learn more about Aleph and about existing data. Check the FCLA LMS Migration website for the latest information.

1. Old records – decide whether to migrate
• Deleted bibliographic records without orders, items, mhlds
• Deleted bibliographic records with orders, items, mhlds
• Z’d copies
• Suppressed bib records and their linked records
• Withdrawn items
• Deleted MHLDs
• Old invoices
• Obsolete vendor records
• Old fund records
• Closed order records
• Cancelled order records
2. Obsolete data - clean up
• Obsolete or unused locations
TOOL: ARROW Location/Sublocation with Display Names (under System Reports) Search "lsl=<locsubloc>" for counts and for cleanup or use ARROW Custom Copy Report
• Obsolete indicators

3. Bad or inconsistent data - clean up
• Badly formatted and pseudo OCLC numbers

• Nulls in bib records

• LCCN’s that deviate from the 2-position format
