Hotel rates:
- The rate for each standard room will be $61.00 per night plus tax. Standard rooms have two double beds.
Reservation Method
ALL reservations will be made by individual call-ins. Guests will be required to leave a credit card or a deposit to guarantee his or her reservation. PLEASE NOTE: RESERVATIONS FOR YOUR BLOCK CANNOT BE MADE THROUGH THE BEST WESTERN NATIONAL 800 NUMBER. When calling to make reservations at the Gateway Grand Hotel, please have your guests mention that they are with the "FCLA group". It is understood that your guests will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges.
Guestroom Information/Rates/Check-In & Check Out Times
All guest rooms have coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & ironing boards. A free deluxe continental breakfast is served in the lobby each morning for all overnight guests. The group rate includes complimentary local calls and toll-free telephone access. The hotel also features a courtyard pool & spa, exercise room, guest laundry, and same-day dry cleaning services. Guestroom telephones have voice mail and data ports. Our restaurant & lounge, is open daily for lunch and dinner.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Due to the time constraints and labor required to clean rooms utilized the prior night, we do not guarantee earlier check-ins. If there are rooms clean and available, your guests may check-in earlier than 4:00pm. Any guests checking out later than 12:00pm may be subject to an additional nights stay charge.
Individual Guest Cancellation Policy
The individual guest cancellation policy is 4:00pm on the day of arrival. This means if an individual guest cancels his or her reservation before 4:00p.m. on the day of their scheduled day of arrival there will be NO cancellation fee. If they cancel their reservation after 4:00p.m.on the day of their scheduled day of arrival, a cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax will be applied to their credit card that he or she reserved the room with. Should a guest not cancel his/her reservation in advance and not show up for his/her visit, the one night’s room & tax penalty will also apply.

Transportation
The Best Western Gateway Grand provides complimentary transportation to and from the Gainesville Regional Airport. Courtesy phones are located near the baggage claim in the airport terminal.

The Best Western Gateway Grand represents that it is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The hotel will be responsible for compliance in all common areas, paths of travel, and guest rooms while the organization will be responsible for providing auxiliary aids and services to disabled persons within the meeting/function rooms assigned during the organization’s event.
