1. Discuss what we hope to accomplish at this meeting
2. Discuss what additional work we need to engage in
3. Review responses from vendors using the following guidelines
• General overview of responses to RFI
• How well did Vendors respond
• did they meet the conditions of our request
• are their responses complete
• are there gaps in their response – list them
• Do we understand the responses
• do we have questions regarding their response
• what are our questions
• do we need to request additional information
4. What are our next steps
• How much more assessing do we need to do – do we need to review each and every response to each and every question
• Given the response to the RFI how should we proceed with developing an RFP
• It seems clear that returning to our original list of questions will present us an overwhelming review task
• Is there an alternate approach
• Recognizing that we probably need an RFP (cannot avoid that step) are there other steps which we can take to simplify the process
• Can we prepare a budget request based upon the information received
