If portions of your library collection and/or some of your functions are not included in your NOTIS database they will not be part of the new vendor's data conversion process and will not migrate to the new system (with a few exceptions that are provided for in the Invitation To Negotiate). It may be useful to review and revisit these collections and functions before the migration to the new system to determine if they need to be incorporated into NOTIS.

Collections or functions for which you don't use NOTIS might be: Collections which have never been converted to MARC format. Collections that are stored in databases or software other than NOTIS because NOTIS doesn't offer the functionality necessary to manage these collections or cannot produced the desired output.
