In preparation for the meetings, please provide FCLA with a list of your Aleph Team members and team leaders. A primary contact from each institution in each functional area (Acquisitions, Serials, Circulation, Bibliographic data/cataloging) would be helpful, so that discussions/conversion decisions can be channelled through that individual. In addition, please designate a PC Client liaison, and a Client Permissions liaison, who will be in charge of installing and distributing Aleph PC clients and setting permissions.
Aleph Configuration Worksheets and Spreadsheets:
Each institution will be provided with various documents to complete and submit to FCLA two weeks prior to the Data Conversion Meeting.
