The following spreadsheet lists counts by university for the number of copies with class code B, D, L, O, Q, S, U, V, X, and Y.
NOTIS copy information converts to an 852 field in the Aleph HOL record. The classification scheme of the call number is coded in the 852 first indicator. The 852 Indicator 1 codes and definitions are listed at the bottom of the spreadsheet. There's not a clear correspondence between some of the NOTIS class codes and the 852 Ind1. You should review why and how your libraries use O, Q, U, and Y to determine how they should convert.
To run the report yourself, use the ARROW Custom Copy Report at ARROW Custom Copy Report - Detail Lists. Only 2 parameters were used for this report, "Institution" and "Classification Type/Equal/'
