Data Conversion Web Form

During your review of data subsets of pre-production full loads, please submit any data problems first to your institution's Aleph Implementation Project Coordinator (or, in some cases to a designated Technical Services or Public Services staff person). Your Project Coordinator will review and compile these reports, and will submit them to FCLA via the form below which will be emailed to FCLA for review. FCLA will track the reports, contact Ex Libris as necessary, and will note resolutions. Initially, these reports will be tracked in spreadsheet form, but soon they will be compiled in a searchable database.
