• 1C Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4C Peanut Butter
• 1/4C Vegetable Oil
• 1C Shredded Carrots
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/3C Honey
• 1 Egg
• Bake 30 min at 350F


• Icing
• 8oz Cream Cheese
• 2Tbs Honey
